Enhance Your Data Skills With The All-New CRM Analytics

Salesforce recently released Summer ‘22 CRM Analytics formerly known as Tableau CRM features. The new enhanced, upgraded, and innovative features are here to make our tasks easy efficient, and seamless.

Let’s dive right into them;

Welcome to CRM Analytics; same dependable service, new name

CRM Analytics is the new name for Tableau CRM. The new name accurately conveys our goals for innovation on the built-in Salesforce platform. Whether you are a platform novice or a seasoned user, CRM Analytics continues to provide an intellectual experience that is based on the top CRM in the world. You can anticipate seeing the old name in a few locations while we work to update it everywhere.

Where: Both Salesforce Classic and Tableau CRM in Lightning Experience are affected by this change. Tableau CRM is offered in Developer Edition as well as Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions for an additional fee.

Check Your Data in Data Manager Easily

Data Manager now has a fresh appearance. Data Manager's streamlined Connections view displays connections as a column list. See more information after clicking a connection. With the new Usage view, you can see your usage and limits more clearly. The updated Data Manager is now widely accessible.

Salesforce Data Pipelines in Lightning Experience are also affected by this change. Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions of Salesforce all come with a separate fee for Salesforce Data Pipelines.

How: Choose Data Manager from the Analytics Studio home page. To view a connection's details in a table in the right pane, select the connection.

Look at the Usage section to see if a product is getting close to its limit. To switch between the details of each product, if you have licenses for CRM Analytics and Data Pipelines, click the dropdown (1). Open Data Manager (Legacy) to manage your dataflows as you turn them into recipes or to create live datasets (2).

With Minimal effort, Personalize the New Customer Insights Sales Performance Dashboard

The Sales Performance dashboard displays the trends in your sales. The Customer Insights Sales Performance dashboard uses little SAQL and interactions, making it simple to customize (formerly called bindings). The dashboard can be altered, or you can use it to learn best practices for creating your own dashboard.

Instantly Analyze Google BigQuery Data

Save yourself the hassle of having to prepare and import Google BigQuery data into Salesforce before you can explore and analyze it. Run explorations on your data in Google BigQuery after creating a live connection to it using CRM Analytics Direct Data for Google BigQuery. The data is available for real-time querying, table exploration, and chart visualization. You can also use your BigQuery data in dashboards to expedite business decision-making and continuously monitor key metrics. The BigQuery keyword is supported in conjunction with this feature, which is now generally available.

Where: CRM Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic are affected by this change. CRM Analytics is offered in Developer Edition as well as Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions for an additional fee.

How: Let's say you want to use Google BigQuery to analyze your campaign data. Enter Analytics from Setup's Quick Find box, then click Settings after that. Select External Data Sources and then click Enable Direct Data.

Create a live dataset from the Data tab, then enable the table that contains the campaign data source for the connection you just built.

To manage which Salesforce users, roles, and groups have access to explore the data with the connection, assign the live dataset to an Analytics app.

Click the live dataset in Analytics Studio's Datasets tab to start exploring.

Use Your Unorganized Data To Uncover Undiscovered Insights

Because unstructured data is challenging to process, it frequently goes unused in the form of social media posts, surveys, and product reviews. By using text clustering, you can interpret unstructured data and identify themes to support your decisions with facts. Low information words like "the" or "a" bring up important words and group them into clusters. Unstructured data is consequently reduced to its top keywords, allowing you to quickly uncover hidden insights and enhance decision-making.

Where: CRM Analytics in Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic are affected by this change. CRM Analytics is offered in Developer Edition as well as Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions for an additional fee.

How: Select Text Clustering (1) from the Transform menu after choosing a story variable. Update Story by clicking.
