Pricing, modifying quantities and terminating subscriptions using self-service channels


Your self-service sales channels have recently improved. When your customers are logged in, prices can now be shown on websites created with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and other portals. Additionally, it's now simple for your self-service users to alter the number of subscriptions they have or cancel them entirely.

Terminate a Subscription Starting at a Future Date


From this day forward until the following billing period, your clients can now cancel a subscription at any time. In the past, you may end a subscription only on the following billing date.

Streamline Customer Refunds


When clients cancel or reduce the number of their orders, automatically processing refunds helps you keep their faith in your business. Turn on the Subscription Management setting for Initiate Refunds Automatically to enable Salesforce to launch the Automate Refund invocable action if a customer cancels or reduces an order.

Keep a record of the field history for quotes and quote line items


For fields on quotations and quote line items, you may now enable history tracking.

Einstein Late Payment Risk: More Information (Beta)


Find out what the risk of late payment is for a specific invoice. Information for collection agents and managers is now more pertinent in late payment risk insights.


Where: With the Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, this modification is applicable to Lightning Experience in the Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.


Negatively numbered void invoices (Beta)


Invoices containing negative invoice line amounts can be voided to correct errors committed during invoicing. Subscription Management will generate an offset invoice to cancel the credit memo and reduce the credit memo balance to zero if you void an invoice after negative lines have been changed to a credit memo.


Where: The Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Lightning Experience that use the Sales Cloud or Service Cloud are affected by this change.


In Salesforce CPQ Plus or Salesforce Billing, changes to asset relationships are no longer supported


Asset relationships for lifecycle-managed assets cannot be added, modified, destroyed, or replicated any longer to help protect data integrity.


Where: The Salesforce mobile app in Salesforce CPQ Plus and Salesforce Billing as well as Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic are all affected by this change.
