With quick cadences, repeat the outreach steps.


By allowing users to designate which calls, emails, or other forms of outreach prospects receive, quick cadences can be used in more circumstances and save more time. Users can program an action to repeat quickly for a predetermined period of time or until the desired level of engagement is reached. To get an email opened or establish a meaningful connection, for instance, users can utilize a recurring cadence to regularly send emails or make phone calls. Users have a maximum of ten repetitions for each action.


Where: This modification is applicable to Sales Cloud's Lightning Experience in the Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.


How: Make rapid cadences by utilizing the new Repeat, Repeat Every, Period, Number of Repeats, and Repeat Until fields.


Activate Optimal Speaker Separation


To aid in the drafting of transcripts and call insights, enable optimal separation.


Where: The Einstein Conversation Insights in the Lightning Experience are affected by this modification. Performance, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions all include Einstein Conversation Insights as an add-on option.


Why: Speaker identification is a common feature of most video and audio communication services. To aid in the production of transcripts and call insights, the Optimal Speaker Separation function is necessary in situations where this information is not identified or provided. The availability of different speaker tracks is necessary for several Einstein Conversation Insights capabilities, hence, we advise all users to turn on the function.


In features that call for it, the acoustic information utilized for speaker separation is kept private and is not recorded or used for anything else. The acoustic elements that our technology uses to divide speakers are removed once calls have been processed. Optimal speaker separation provides more details.


How: Optimal speaker separation is encouraged by a flag that Salesforce administrators view. To enable the functionality, either click the link or go to General Settings under Einstein Conversation Insights under Setup.


Visit Revenue Insights to view sales information about your territories.


This hierarchy type can now be used in Revenue Insights if you have constructed a territory hierarchy in Collaborative Forecasts. Your team can see how anticipated sales vary among territories thanks to territory projections. A user role hierarchy was the only one that was supported in the past.

Pipeline Inspection is enabled for you and is the default view on the possibilities home page in orgs created in Summer '23 and later. In Pipeline Inspection Setup, you can still modify the configuration, add new features, and control access.


Where: This modification is applicable to Sales Cloud's Lightning Experience in the Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.


How: The feature is enabled and set up in Pipeline Inspection Setup by default. Pipeline Inspection is accessible to users with either a Standard User or System Administrator identity. Or, give users access to one of the permission sets for pipeline inspection.


Real-Time Collaboration with the PRM for the Slack App


For faster cooperation and communications, combine internal teams and partners into one partner channel. Within Slack, you can access, update, and share records as well as automate crucial business processes. In order to increase efficiency and improve communication, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) for Slack connects your sales teams, partners, and crucial data through partner portals.


Where: The Lightning Experience and all versions of the Salesforce mobile app in the Enterprise and Unlimited editions are affected by this change. Customers of Slack must be using Slack Enterprise Grid.


Why: Automation of business processes based on Salesforce Flow and global actions would simplify tasks like lead distribution and deal registration. To stay informed about deals, you may search and post data directly from Salesforce on Slack. Limit Access to Organization-Wide Email Addresses

How: Go to the Organization-Wide Addresses tab in Setup to add permission sets to a company-wide email address.
